What's your return policy?

Got an item you need to return? No problem! You can send back any unopened items within 30 days of receiving them. Just a heads-up: you'll need to cover the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to restock a product that is out of stock?

Restocks depend on the availability of the plant material from our suppliers. There are times a plant may be unavailable due to harvest or high demand. I know it can be crushing when your plant ally is out of season or supplies are low! Shoot us an email at info@claysark.com and we will be delighted to guide you to another plant to explore.

Are your products vegan, gluten free, and organic?

Yes to it all! Our products do not contain animal products or gluten. When our tincturesuse alcohol they are crafted with 100% organic sugarcane alcohol. All of our plantmaterial is sourced from certified organic suppliers.

Do you have non-alcoholic tinctures?

Yes we do! We use organic apple cider vinegar as an alternative to alcohol tinctures.Apple cider vinegar has a host of health benefits making it a unique herbal powerhouse.

Do you ship to other parts of the world?

At this time, we are serving domestic orders in the continental United States.

Are herbal tinctures the same as herbal supplements?

While the method of preparation may be similar, herbal tinctures and herbalsupplements are not the same.Herbal supplements are extracted at ratios ranging between 1:1 and 1:4 of herb tosolvent (i.e. alcohol). Herbal tinctures or vinegars are extracted at a ratio of 1:5 of herbto solvent. Herbal tinctures carry far less herb potency than herbal supplements and arenot recommended for use as supplements for dietary and health needs.

My tincture arrived and it looks as though there is sediment at the bottom?

Yay! It means there are juicy plant materials too small to be strained. It is perfectly normal and we recommend you shake well before using

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days with USPS ground. All orders are updated with tracking information once its been sent.

Our plant material is sourced from primarily local New York State growers.
